First ever Run for Mercy 5K in Charlotte, NC will help make way for a new Mercy home there!

Calling all runners, walkers and “runners in spirit” in the Carolinas! We officially have a date and location for our first 5K and Family walk to be held in Charlotte, NC! It will be September 18th at Reedy Creek Park at the Dragonfly Pond Trails. This will be a very family-friendly event with games and face-painting for kids, live music and even a kids’ “Fun Run”! Walkers, runners, strollers, dogs and kids of all ages are welcome.

This is quite a special event for Mercy because this will help to raise money and awareness for the future Mercy Ministries home to be built in Charlotte. Mercy was given an incredible gift of 8 acres of beautiful property off of Rocky River Rd for a new 40 bed facility to be built one day. That day is getting closer and closer!
