Training Tip #2 for the Run for Mercy 5K & Family Walk
by Dr. Josh Axe
Wellness Physician & Radio Show Host

2. Find a running and training partner.

Having accountability is huge! You are much more
likely to get out of bed to run in the morning if you
know you have to meet your partner at the track. Your
partner could be your spouse, sibling, good friend or
co-worker. Neither of you have to be expert runners.
Just having someone there to encourage you and
motivate you will make a world of difference.
